Your know-how:
You have a degree in IT or comparable professional training with several years of professional experience in the field of system administration. Hands-on mentality: To us, good solutions do not always have to be perfect, but they should work and be able to be further developed. You do see it the same way. You are determined, you like to try things out and actively implement ideas. If something doesn't work out, you're not frustrated, but rather enriched by an important experience. Creativity: Standards bore you when they slow down further development, so you like to look for new ways and other possibilities to achieve goals sustainably. Service mindset: You enjoy communicating with your "internal clients" and can adapt to their needs. Structured way of working: You are characterized by a careful and well-organized way of working. You are into sustainability, good documentation is extremely important to you. Composure: Even when things get hectic, you don't lose sight of the goal, control or your sense of humor.
What you will be doing:
- You realize system adjustments, identify innovation, optimization and automation potentials and address them proactively.
- You contribute to the strategic development of the IT infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the installation, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of our IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network, VoIP, etc.) and ensure smooth operation.
- You support and advise our employees in their daily technical challenges (1st and 2nd level).
- You support and maintain our client systems (MacOS, iOS, Windows).
- You are responsible for the installation, configuration and commissioning of server, hardware and software.
- You maintain our security and backup systems (e.g. antivirus, firewall, VPN and data backup).
- You determine the needs and ensure the procurement of work equipment for our employees (hardware & software).
- You manage various software licenses (Office365, Google Workspace, etc.).
